Our Approach/ Strategy
It began with a kickoff session, during which key stakeholders from both the client side and Polar London (including our Tech Director, Production Director, and UX Lead) gathered to discuss the project’s scope, goals, and strategic direction. This session informed our roadmap, priorities, budgets, and KPIs, evolving into ongoing technical, UX, design, and development sprint planning.
This session allowed us to:
